The Complete 3-6-9 Research Project
Why This Research Exists
If you're reading this...
you're probably here because you watched one of my videos about Nikola Tesla, the so-called 3-6-9 method, or my research connecting it to Solfeggio frequencies. This document contains everything I have discovered so far. Not everything here is established science. Some of it is documented history. Some of it is widely repeated but poorly sourced. And some of it is my own pattern recognition and theoretical work. My goal has never been to convince anyone that I'm right.
My goal has always been to document the journey honestly and invite others to examine the evidence for themselves.
This project continues to evolve.
You're here because you watched my Tesla video.
I continued the research.
Here's everything I've discovered so far.
Why The Research Exists
Where This Entire Journey Began
Ironically...this research had absolutely nothing to do with Nikola Tesla. It began because I was writing music.
Back in 2022, while composing a song, I started asking a simple question.
Why do certain frequencies seem to affect how people feel?
That single question sent me down a rabbit hole I never expected. During that search I came across something called Solfeggio frequencies. Everywhere I looked people were assigning different emotional, physical, and even spiritual effects to specific frequencies.
Some claimed they reduced stress. Others claimed they promoted healing. Some believed they helped release emotional trauma. Others believed they enhanced intuition or awareness. At first I assumed it was simply another internet trend. But then something else caught my attention.
Around the same time I had learned that, historically, church bells were often tuned to specific resonant frequencies and were believed by many communities to have beneficial effects on people nearby. Some modern writers have expanded those ideas into claims that bells produced healing frequencies, although those specific healing claims are not well established historically. What is well documented is that bells were used to signal communities, accompany worship, and create powerful acoustic resonance across large areas.
That discovery made me wonder something. If sound has measurable effects on the body...
what else had humanity discovered centuries ago that we had forgotten?
I kept digging.
What Are Solfeggio Frequencies
This is where the story becomes fascinating. The word Solfeggio originally had nothing to do with healing frequencies. Historically, solfeggio refers to a musical teaching system using syllables such as:
Do | Re | Mi | Fa | So | lLa
For those wondering: "The original Solfège system developed by Guido d'Arezzo consisted of six syllables: Ut (later Do), Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, and La. The seventh syllable, Si (later Ti in English), was added centuries afterward."
These syllables became associated with an 11th-century Benedictine monk named Guido d'Arezzo, who developed a method to help singers learn melodies more easily. Centuries later, another story emerged.
According to modern alternative-health literature, six specific frequencies were allegedly hidden within ancient Gregorian chants and later rediscovered in the 1970s by Dr. Joseph Puleo while studying the Book of Numbers. Those frequencies became known as the Solfeggio frequencies.
The traditional six were:
396 Hz, 417 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, 741 Hz, 852 Hz
Later, researchers and practitioners commonly added three more:
174 Hz, 285 Hz, 963 Hz
It is important to understand something. There is no historical evidence that medieval monks intentionally tuned music to these exact Hertz values. Likewise, there is no accepted scientific consensus proving that these frequencies possess the specific healing abilities often claimed online. The claims surrounding Solfeggio frequencies are largely based on modern interpretations, anecdotal reports, sound therapy practices, and personal experience rather than established medical evidence. That distinction matters. Because my research never depended on those claims being scientifically proven. I was interested in the pattern itself.
Then Tesla Entered the Picture
While researching Solfeggio frequencies...someone mentioned Nikola Tesla. They told me these frequencies were connected to Tesla's famous 3-6-9 method. At that point I had never heard of it. Naturally... I started researching. Everywhere online people repeated the same story. Tesla supposedly said: "If you only knew the magnificence of the numbers 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe." The internet also claimed Tesla had a manifestation method involving writing goals three times in the morning, six times during the day, and nine times at night. Millions of people believed it. Something didn't sit right with me. So I began searching for the original source. I looked through Tesla's writings. His lectures. His patents. His notebooks. His interviews. I couldn't find it. The deeper I searched... the stranger it became. Eventually I realized something surprising.
There was no credible evidence Tesla had ever described a "3-6-9 manifestation method."
That discovery led me to publish videos explaining that the popular manifestation technique attributed to Tesla had no documented historical basis. At that point...
I still believed Tesla may have genuinely said the famous quote.
So my research continued.
My Original Question
If Tesla truly believed 3, 6, and 9 were important... what could he have meant? I wasn't looking for manifestation. I wasn't trying to prove numerology. I simply wanted to understand whether there was a repeating pattern hidden somewhere in science, mathematics, music, or nature. That question changed everything.
Pattern Recognition
As I studied the Solfeggio frequencies... something unusual appeared. Every single commonly used Solfeggio frequency reduces mathematically to either:
3-6 or 9 using digital root mathematics.
174 - 1 + 7 + 4 = 12 = 1 + 2 = 3
285 - 2 + 8 + 5 = 15 = 1 + 5 = 6
396 - 3 + 9 + 6 = 18 = 1 + 8 = 9
417 - 4 + 1 + 7 = 12 = 1+2 = 3
528 - 5 + 2 + 8 = 15 = 1 + 5 = 6
639 - 6 + 3 + 9 = 18 + 1 + 8 = 9
741 - 7 + 4 + 1 = 12 = 1 + 2 = 3
852 - 8 + 5 + 2 = 15 = 1 + 5 = 6
963 - 9 + 6 + 3 = 18 = 1 + 8 = 9
At first I assumed it was coincidence. Then I looked at the alleged purpose assigned to each frequency.
That is when another pattern appeared.
Set One
Stabilize the Body
174 Hz Often associated with comfort, physical relaxation, and pain reduction.
Digital root: 3
285 Hz Often associated with tissue repair and regeneration.
Digital root: 6
396 Hz Often associated with releasing guilt and fear.
Digital root: 9
My interpretation: Before emotional growth can occur... the body must first experience safety.
First stabilize. Then repair. Then begin releasing emotional burdens.
Set Two
Restore the Emotional System
417 Hz Often associated with clearing old emotional patterns.
Digital root: 3
528 Hz Often associated with repair, renewal, and transformation. Popular culture frequently refers to it as the "DNA frequency," although claims of literal DNA repair are not supported by established scientific evidence.
Digital root: 6
639 Hz Often associated with connection, communication, relationships, and love.
Digital root: 9
My interpretation: Once the nervous system feels safer... the emotional system becomes more flexible.
Set Three
Expand Awareness
741 Hz Often associated with detoxification, problem solving, and mental clarity.
Digital root: 3
852 Hz Often associated with intuition and inner awareness.
Digital root: 6
963 Hz Often associated with higher consciousness, unity, and spiritual awareness.
Digital root: 9
My interpretation:
Only after stability and emotional restoration does expanded awareness become meaningful.
Safety. Healing. Expansion.
That sequence made more sense to me than beginning with "opening the third eye."
The Final Discovery
Years later...in 2026... I revisited Tesla one final time. This time I wasn't looking for the method. I was looking for the quote itself. After examining the evidence available today, I concluded there is no reliable documentation that Nikola Tesla ever said:
"If you only knew the magnificence of 3, 6 and 9..."
Like the manifestation method, the quote appears to have spread widely online without a verifiable primary source. Ironically... that discovery didn't weaken my research. It strengthened it. Because my work was never dependent on Tesla being correct.
It was built on observing patterns independently.
The Evolution Into TCCT
By this point my work on The Chain Creation Theory™ had already been developing. TCCT asks one simple question.
Where does the chain begin?
When I compared that framework with the sequence I had observed in the Solfeggio frequencies, something clicked. If trauma reshapes the nervous system... perhaps restoration should also happen in a sequence. Not randomly. Step by step.
That became the foundation for what I now call...
The 3-6-9 Meditation Method™
The method does not claim that frequencies cure disease. It does not claim Tesla invented it.
It does not claim the Solfeggio healing properties have been scientifically proven. Instead, it presents a structured framework based on my observations.
Stabilize. Repair. Release and expand.
Whether future research confirms or disproves my conclusions...
this document represents the path that led me here.
And the research continues.
