Once an idea begins attracting attention, something predictable happens: people start speaking as if everybody already knew it. They repeat the language, recreate the process, remove the creator’s name, and present the discovery as common knowledge. The deliberate combination of a Solfeggio frequency with the musical key connected to its tonal origin is heading in that direction. Before the internet becomes crowded with people claiming they have always understood this combination, the historical record needs to be clear. Bianca “Ocean” Desmore discovered and developed the frequency-and-key combination known as the Desmore Frequency™.
Solfeggio frequencies existed long before Bianca “Ocean” Desmore began this work. Musical keys existed long before her work as well. Her discovery was the deliberate pairing of an individual Solfeggio frequency with a corresponding musical key to create a unified listening experience. Instead of placing a frequency underneath random meditation music, she investigated what could happen when the tone and the music were designed to belong together.
That distinction is important. Discoveries are often made by connecting existing information in a way that had not previously been identified, organized, tested, or applied. The ingredients may already exist. The discovery is the relationship between them. Bianca did not claim to invent hertz, musical notes, or the Solfeggio scale. She discovered a method of combining a selected Solfeggio frequency with the key she identified as its musical origin or closest tonal relationship. She then began developing specific combinations for specific emotional and mental purposes.
Her independent research began in 2020 through years of studying the mind, emotional patterns, meditation, sound, repetition, belief formation, and nervous-system responses. The work grew through observation, personal experimentation, music creation, and the comparison of how different frequency-and-key combinations felt in the body. This was ongoing research long before the name Desmore Frequency™ appeared publicly.
A major breakthrough came when Bianca listened to a 285-hertz sine tone paired with classical music in C-sharp major, also written as D-flat major. The effect felt noticeably different from listening to the frequency alone or hearing it placed beneath music with no intentional tonal relationship. The combination produced an unusually strong sense of calm. That experience led to a larger question: What if a Solfeggio frequency becomes more effective when the surrounding music supports its tonal identity?
That question became the foundation of the Desmore Frequency™.
Bianca continued experimenting with combinations involving 174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852, and 963 hertz. She matched those frequencies with carefully selected major or minor keys based on pitch relationships, listening tests, emotional character, and the intended purpose of each composition. The result became a developing system rather than a collection of random “healing frequency” tracks.
The Desmore Frequency™ method currently includes pairings such as 174 hertz with F major, 285 hertz with C-sharp or D-flat major, 396 hertz with G major, 417 hertz with A-flat major, 528 hertz with B-flat major, 639 hertz with E-flat major, 741 hertz with F-sharp minor, 852 hertz with A-flat major, and 963 hertz with D-sharp minor. These combinations form part of Bianca’s original research, creative work, meditation development, and sound-based emotional restoration system.
The potential benefits being explored include relaxation, emotional regulation, improved concentration, meditation support, reduced mental overload, stronger affirmation retention, and a greater sense of internal safety. Bianca is also studying how these combinations may work alongside intentional breathing, humming, visualization, repetition, and evidence-based affirmations. The purpose is to examine the complete experience created when tone, musical key, language, and emotional intention work together.
Existing research provides a reasonable scientific foundation for continuing this investigation, although it does not yet prove the specific Desmore Frequency™ pairings. A 2020 systematic review found that music can influence the cardiac autonomic nervous system and may increase parasympathetic activity and heart-rate variability, both of which are associated with the body’s ability to settle after stress. The researchers also acknowledged limitations in the available studies and called for more controlled research. The systematic review is available through PubMed.
A small 2018 study involving nine participants compared five minutes of 528-hertz music with conventionally tuned music. The researchers reported reduced cortisol, increased oxytocin, and changes associated with autonomic relaxation after the 528-hertz condition. The sample was far too small to settle the scientific discussion, but it demonstrated that specific frequency-based music could produce measurable results worthy of further investigation. The complete study explains its methods and findings.
Research on music and stress recovery has also found that listening can affect psychological and physiological responses, although results vary according to the music, the listener, the environment, and the way the study is designed. That variability supports Bianca’s decision to study the entire musical construction rather than treating a frequency as an isolated number. A tone does not enter the ear alone when it is placed inside a song. It arrives with harmony, rhythm, tempo, instrumentation, volume, repetition, expectation, and personal association.
The Desmore Frequency™ is still being researched and developed. It should never be presented as a medical cure, a guaranteed treatment, or a replacement for medical or psychological care. Its current purpose is to explore whether intentionally matched frequency-and-key compositions can support relaxation, meditation, emotional restoration, concentration, and mental retraining more effectively than randomly paired frequency music.
Many people will eventually discuss Solfeggio frequencies and their corresponding keys. Some may recreate the pairings. Others may describe the concept as if it were obvious or universally known. Public repetition does not rewrite the order in which the work was developed. Bianca “Ocean” Desmore began researching these relationships in 2020 and discovered the method now known as the Desmore Frequency™.
The Solfeggio frequencies belong to musical history. Musical keys belong to musical knowledge. The discovery, development, organization, and intentional application of the combination belong to Bianca “Ocean” Desmore, creator of the Desmore Frequency™.
