Get the Hell Out of the Noise and Go Live
How to bypass the world’s confusion, rediscover who you are, and live life to the fullest
Disclaimer: This blog contains my personal opinions, theories, observations, conspiracy, profanity, and several statements that may piss people off. I am fully prepared for the backlash. This is not an attack or an attempt to insult anyone. That is not me. I present people with a big-ass mirror, and only those who truly want change in their lives, or simply want to understand others better, can handle my messages. Some statements in this article are supported by research. Others are my conclusions based on what I have observed, experienced, studied, and questioned. You are free to disagree. I am equally free to say it.
I scrolled through a couple of videos on Instagram, which I usually do not do because I am either busy working, writing, researching, or writing songs. This morning, I allowed myself to be lazy and ride the wave of social media. That lasted exactly two minutes.
I am astounded by the fact that humanity has gotten away from living to such a degree that we reduce ourselves to being influenced by other people who are replicating each other, encouraging hate, controversy, and division, while calling it entertainment. Researchers have found that posts attacking an opposing group receive considerably more engagement than posts discussing one’s own group. Research has also shown that social rewards, including likes and shares, teach people to express more outrage over time. Platforms reward outrage, users repeat it, and audiences return for more. Research published in PNAS found that hostility toward an opposing group strongly predicts social media engagement, while Yale researchers found that social media rewards can amplify expressions of moral outrage.
Though nobody asked for it, here is my opinion and conspiracy about the world in 2026. There are not eight billion people on this planet. The Illuminati, disguised as the parasites or the one percent, have been planning this confusion among humans for centuries. Their goal has been, and always will be, control and power because we, the humans, are their suppliers when it comes to every type of consumption you can imagine. They need our labor, our energy, and most of all, our confusion, hate, and division.
Here is the truth. Your neighbor’s same-sex relationship belongs to your neighbor and leaves your life untouched. Your neighbor’s spicy food belongs on your neighbor’s plate and leaves your life untouched. Your neighbor’s chosen deity belongs to your neighbor and leaves your life untouched. Mind your own fucking business, take care of yourself, work on your own problems, and redirect the time you spend bitching toward something useful. Volunteer, create, learn, or support a cause you actually care about. Try something unfamiliar and allow yourself to encounter people whose lives do not resemble yours. A chronic bigot may find that difficult. Difficulty is not an excuse to remain one.
I called it what it is, and I will not apologize. Honesty deserves room in public conversation. When a statement provokes a strong emotional reaction, examine the reaction before attacking the speaker. Psychology uses terms such as defensiveness, motivated reasoning, and cognitive dissonance to describe some of these responses. Feeling offended can reveal a subject worth examining.
Your appearance, body, height, income, or social position will never prevent someone from criticizing you. People often project their own dissatisfaction onto others, especially when they have spent years suppressing their identities under social or religious expectations.
They hide behind facades, masks, and lives they cannot enjoy. Then they lash out at people who express themselves openly. Research on authenticity has repeatedly connected authentic living with greater well-being and self-alienation with greater psychological distress. A meta-analysis of authenticity, well-being, and engagement found a strong overall relationship between authenticity and well-being. Pretending to be someone else every day takes a toll.
Some people turn that frustration into hostility. Suppressed desires, rigid expectations, and years of resentment can shape destructive behavior. Pay attention to patterns, protect your boundaries, and leave situations that become threatening.
Stay away from people who refuse accountability or use their beliefs to justify cruelty. Religion has been used to support war, persecution, forced conversion, colonialism, restrictions on women, punishment of homosexuality, and violence against people labeled sinful or unworthy.
Spirituality can involve personal reflection, connection, and a search for meaning. Organized religion places those experiences inside institutions governed by doctrine, traditions, and authority figures. Those institutions have also provided language for controlling, condemning, and punishing others. Read religious texts closely, and you will find stories involving war, executions, punishments, sacrifices, and destruction directed at people who refused to obey.
Would hatred toward homosexuality, abortion, women, transgender people, other religions, or humanity itself exist without religious influence? Consider the question carefully. Every religious person is responsible for their own character and behavior. Religious authority has also given prejudice a sacred vocabulary.
Dress the way you want. Express yourself in the ways that feel honest to you. Eat, drink, sing, dance, and wear your Scooby-Doo outfit to the grocery store if that is your choice. Respect other people and the planet while making room for your own preferences. Life is short, and approval from people you do not respect is a poor way to spend it.
The planet produces enough food to feed more people than currently receive adequate nourishment. Hundreds of millions still live with hunger. An estimated one billion meals’ worth of edible food is wasted by households every day. Hunger involves access, poverty, conflict, distribution, waste, corporate control, and political decisions. The United Nations Environment Programme reported that 1.05 billion metric tons of food were wasted in 2022, while chronic hunger continued across the world.
Human beings need nutrients, water, movement, rest, sunlight, social connection, and a livable environment. Highly processed products can provide calories with limited nutritional value. Research continues to associate diets high in ultra-processed foods with numerous health concerns. The body needs more than calories to function well, and ingredients require individual evaluation regardless of whether they are natural, packaged, or manufactured.
Here is something else to consider. The law of conservation of energy tells us that energy cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be transferred or transformed. Our bodies operate according to that same principle. Every bite of food introduces chemical energy that our bodies transform into movement, heat, cellular activity, and the countless processes keeping us alive. Yet society has turned nourishment into an enormous commercial enterprise, filling grocery stores with products engineered for convenience, shelf life, and repeat purchases. I believe we have become so accustomed to eating what society manufactures and markets that we rarely question whether our dietary habits reflect what our bodies actually need. Our bodies require nutrients and usable energy, regardless of how beautifully somebody packages a product or how many celebrities they pay to convince us to consume it. Perhaps it is time to reconsider how much of what we call food culture is actually nourishment and how much is simply another form of consumerism.
The law of conservation of energy — the scientific principle brought to my attention by TikTok influencer @PETA. (I didn't know my assumption has a name, but of course it does lol)
We have become attached to artificial consumption because society has shaped our habits and thought processes for so long. I am not a radical tree hugger. If you are, good for you. I am asking people to reconnect with their bodies, surroundings, interests, and values. Advertising, algorithms, institutions, and social pressure have already made enough decisions for us.
Spend less time watching videos, television, and movies. Reduce the unhealthy food in your routine. Walk through natural grass, sit outside, and pay attention to your surroundings. Research has associated time in natural environments with reduced stress, improved mood, restored attention, and greater psychological well-being. Research surrounding grounding and walking barefoot is still developing. Getting outside, moving your body, leaving the screen behind, and noticing the physical world remain practical choices.
Travel to foreign countries without confining yourself to a hotel. Connect with local people, eat what they eat, learn how families live, and listen to their stories. Let the experience challenge your assumptions about your neighborhood, country, religion, customs, and daily routine.
Explore frequency healing, nature, and the question of what a meaningful life looks like. Work has a place in life. It was never supposed to consume the entire thing.
Disconnect from the machines and make deliberate choices about how you spend your time. The Matrix and The Truman Show offer useful warnings about manufactured reality, surveillance, conformity, and passive consumption. Take it from the woman who died and went to a beautiful place with unlimited knowledge.
Question the hate, division, and bullshit you encounter online. Stop handing strangers, algorithms, religious authorities, corporations, and miserable people the power to define you. Turn off the screen long enough to hear your own thoughts. Examine what you were taught. Find out what you enjoy when nobody is watching, clicking, commenting, preaching, or judging.
Live, love, give, and discover life beyond your own.
